''Skhva Ubani'' - A large-scale project in Didi Dighomi
Day by day, Didi Dighomi is becoming a more and more sought-after residential location. Those people who dream of being away from the noise of the city, however, at the same time, want to be close to the central areas and important locations, choose this area to live.

In terms of its scale, the project is almost not inferior to the main recreational spaces of the capital, such as Dighomi Forest Park (20.5 ha), Expo Georgia area (15.3 ha), Turtle Lake area (20 ha), Kikvidze Park (8 ha), etc.
Accordingly, the "Skhva Ubani" will not only be a set of high-rise buildings, but each resident will be able to get all the necessary services without leaving the complex and relax in a healthy, ecologically clean, and green environment.
Such a large-scale project is a new challenge not only for Didi Dighomi but also for the city as a whole.
