From an important trading point to a unique resort - the history of the order

On the shore of the Black Sea, at the confluence of the Nataneb River, surrounded by picturesque nature, the history of the town dates back several hundred years. If today this place is known for the abundance of vacationers, the wealth of magnetic sands and abundant sunlight, then it was considered an important trading point.

In the 18th century, the village of Guria was one of the key trading places of Western Georgia. The settlement was protected by a castle. According to the sources, in 1723, the army of the Ottoman Empire was stationed in the prison of the Ottoman Empire, and later, as a result of the change in the political situation, it came under the control of the Russian Empire. The border of the Ottoman Empire passed through the area, and here in 1813 St. Nicholas Castle, which was destroyed by the Bolsheviks in the 1920s.

Humid subtropical coastal air and 20,000 hours of sunshine a year aren't all the resort has to offer. In recent years, the development of the infrastructure is taking place, which is accompanied by the growth of the local population. In the past, only a resort was ordered, where almost no one lived permanently.

In the last 20 years, the population has increased approximately 3 times. In parallel with the trend of custom-made development, the demand for living here is constantly increasing, and the "Alpha Home" custom-made project gives you the opportunity.
