We have added a “Tenant Panel” to the website, where you will be able to get detailed information about all the financial information related to your apartment.

Through the portal, you can:

• Get detailed information about your apartment;
• Get acquainted with the payment schedule and history;
• Monitor the amount of the remaining amount;
• Get other necessary documentation.

Where to find the panel?

You need to log in to the “Alpha Home” website - https://alphahome.ge/en

When entering the website, you need to click “Authorize” in the upper right corner - https://alphahome.ge/ka/crm/login

How do we log in to the panel?

• Enter your personal number;
• Indicate your phone number (as specified in the contract);
• The system will send you a one-time code to your mobile phone;
• After entering the code, you will be taken to your personal page.

List of apartments that you have purchased.

Right panel (on a white background):

When selecting each apartment, you will see detailed information:

• The total cost of the apartment;
• The amount already paid;
• The remaining amount to be paid;
• The date of the last accounting entry.

What will you see in your panel?

The panel will provide you with complete information about your apartment:

• The total cost of the apartment;
• The paid and remaining amounts;
• A detailed payment schedule.

Payment schedule

At the bottom of the panel, you will see the complete payment schedule:

• Which months have already been paid;
• Which months are to be paid;
• The status of each month.

Tips

• Periodically check your field/panel;
• Monitor the payment schedule;
• Contact our managers if necessary.

Please note that the system updates records with some delay. For example, if the record was updated on the 15th, and you transferred the amount to be paid on the 16th, this will not be reflected in the system yet.
